Open gates at Villa Il Gioiello, the house where Galileo spent his last years, in the day that marks the anniversary of the birth of the scientist 450th.
Saturday, February 15, 2014 from 10 to 18 you'll be able to visit the Villa for free, (Villa il Gioiello is located at Pian dei Giullari in Arcetri), and sit in on some activities, events and experiments inspired by the writings of Galileo. Reservations to get in on the act of this noteworthy and rare venture opens on Monday, February 3 (information are on the website of the Natural History Museum).
Guests'll get the chance to bear down on Today Science.Throughout the day, information panels will be laid out,regarding the activities taking place in the research institutions which offices are within walking distance from Villa Il Gioiello.
