In a world where you look only to profit, the 'style' and personality of Dario Cecchini can't go unnoticed. Located in Panzano in Chianti. As soon as you enter the historic butcher it feels like when you get back to find an older relative who has fixed up the best to make you feel welcome.

The hospitality of Dario recalls the old days of rural conviviality. The beautiful sign at the entrance, next to the varied and rich Tuscan appetizers doc and red wine, explains why this is his custom: "offer for the pleasure of hospitality". After such a scrumptious food designed to enhance the true flavors of the past, if you want you can climb upstairs where you'll enjoy a doc "meat"around a fireplace, a nice T-bone steak or a mac dario: a medallion or burgers in a crust of 250 gr. prepared with choice meats griddled on live flames and sided with roasted potatoes and tomato salad celery and onion.

From the menu you can choose some combination of Tuscan dishes with reasonable prices, ranging from 10 to 20 €. For the more demanding there is "The Workshop of the steak" € 50 which provides a menu with Tuscan flavors and ingredients of the highest quality.

For vegans there's a side menu that costs € 30. Our advice? Something tells us that you already know ...
